We are pleased to inform you that your profile has been shortlisted for the position of Software Developer (Trainee) at Wavenix Technologies, a fast-growing organization specializing in web development and IT services. Position Overview
Designation: Software Developer – Trainee
Work Mode: Work from Home (WFH) / Work from Office (WFO)
Eligibility: B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, or equivalent qualification
Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress
Initial Area of Work: Frontend development using WordPress and HTML/CSS
Future Scope: Based on performance, opportunities may be provided in backend development
Training and Compensation
Training Duration: 3 months (Stipend INR 3000/- P/M)
Post-Training Compensation: ₹2.40 LPA
Why Security Bond of 15000/- + 18%GST= INR 17,700/- is Required?
At Wavenix Technologies, we invest significant time, tools, and internal resources into providing
hands-on, client requirement based training.
The ₹15,000 + GST refundable bond ensures:
• Serious commitment from selected candidates throughout the training and initial working phase
• Financial coverage for the training infrastructure, mentorship, and tools we provide Wavenix Technologies
• Reduced drop-out rates to maintain consistent delivery on live client projects This amount is fully refundable (excluding GST) upon successful completion of 12 months of employment or if the candidate demonstrates consistent effort but is not retained due to performance. This bond is mandatory for all fresher candidates and is to be submitted after-selection during the documentation process.
Refundable Exit Conditions (during 12 months)
Candidates may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances, subject to official documentation and approval:
1. Selection in a CMM Level 3+ company or a government job
2. Certified medical emergency
3. Termination by the company due to non-performance after the training phase
Note: If the candidate is internally transferred to a Wavenix partner company with an equivalent or higher compensation package, a partial adjustment of the bond may apply.
